SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping Information: We usually ship within 3 business days from receiving your orders. We replenish our stock twice sometimes 3 times a week. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us for more information. We will use carrier at our own choice, currently we use Fedex next air shipping  only.

All orders are shipped via Fedex and include delivery confirmation or tracking information, which will be provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Next day air shipping is generally 1 business days (not guaranteed). We cannot guarantee the timeframe or parcel arrival date for any shipping method, but strive to get it to you on time.

Risk of Loss: All orders are made pursuant to a shipment contract meaning that the risk of loss and title for such orders pass to you upon Broth Inc. delivery of the order to the Fedex shipping center. We encourage you to use the tracking information supplied for your order to track and retrieve items promptly.

Order Arrival: Our broths are shipped frozen and should be refrigerated or frozen upon delivery to ensure freshness.

Responsibility for Product once it's shipped: Once an order has been delivered to Fedex, BROTH Inc. is no longer responsible for the contents. We encourage our customers to use the tracking information we'll provide to track shipments and retrieve their items promptly. Our broth is shipped frozen and should be placed in the refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival.
